This is a great frock for Derby Day! I would add big pearl (or faux pearl studs) think 1960's glamour. Add a black patent clutch, round toe black heels, and an oversized pearl necklace or pearl colour like Stylista suggested. This vintage necklace from etsy.com is a great example of what type of chunky pearl necklace would look good.

I love your idea of studs (oversized pearls?), bracelet & statement ring. I'd go for bold pearl/silver styles for a dressy races look!

i would probably do the studs bracelettes and a statement ring for sure. I dont think a necklace would suit the neckline. Add some colour and interest with the heels and clutch
