Love the dress. I would suggest wearing nude heels. You want the focus to be your upper body. Because of the high neckline, I would have your hair up, and wearing really nice earrings, either chandelier or something else that will really make a statement. I would suggest silver as most formal jewelry looks superb in silver. I would recommend a necklace due to the high collar. Because that is a main focus point.

I would love to see this with a huge statement neckpiece with gold undertones, a cute box clutch, maybe one with a gold cage over it like from Colette and straight middle part hair, think Lara Bingle for an edgy yet glamourous look. Nude shoes would work so well with it.
