Title for my photo:
Wanting a second opinion
I am wearing:
Just jeans leather jacket just jeans top target jeans and boots
My question is:
Does this sort of look look ok? Or should I go a shorter top ?

I agree that a shorter tee and a splash of color would look good. If you want to ask more friends about it check out the facebook app SociablyStyled. It's a great way to post photos of yourself and get your friends to vote on their favorite.

I would go with a shorter cut tee. The sequins make a great contrast against the leather so look for shirts that are shorter with detailing.

Thanks all will def take it all on board, the top is short sleeved as it is but the idea of cutting the hem off is good, it is a bit baggier than it used to be as I stretched it whilst pregnant :( oh well time to go shopping :)

I really agree with Mandy, this would look really fab with a shorter tee and a bright scarf! Love the sequins! Great start!!

Angel - agree that this would be more flattering with a higher cut tee....I customise lots of my tees - just cut the hem with scissors & if you want to "link" that idea with another part of the tee, I would also cut the edges from the sleeves...so there are two raw edge places...would u also consider pushing up the sleeves to the elbows? that is a very cool way to style atm....Val

Hi Angel - what a great look. I love the mix of textures with the sequins under leather. Very cool. You could definitely wear the tshirt as is if you want a super casual oversized tshirt look! But for a dressier style it would look great just a bit shorter - so it hits at your hips (approx!). But if you don't want to mess with the hem you can still wear it as is I say!

I would go a shorter top, ending just around the length of the jacket or a tiny bit longer If you like the coloured denim trend, this outfit would look great with red jeans too for a bit of colour injection. And as it is, with the black jeans, you could add a nice big red scarf for added warmth, especially if you are in Melbourne today!
