I'm going to a 13th pool party (not mine) which is from about 2p to 8pm. It will be hot not too hot though, i want to wear something cool with a bit of skin but not slutty and still trendy! Plus my bikini is blue! I also would prefer shorts (i don't have many skirts or dresses!

I am an Aussi currently living in the UK. Having experience the wettest summer on UK record, I am very much looking forward to an 11 day beach holiday in Cyprus! However, my wardrobe is very wintery, so I need to purchase some cheap summer pieces for my holiday. I'll be shopping at H&M, Zara, River Island and potentially Primemark. I'm going to Germany in August where I will meet up with my boyfriend of 9 months who I haven't seen in 3 months. We are meeting in the city late morning and spending the rest of the day walking around and exploring. I want to look dressed-up and beautiful, but I am a little worried about overdressing or wearing shoes that will be uncomfortable to walk around in all day. What should I wear?
