Like all good girlfriends, I am forever styling my other half who is very receptive (obedient :P) to any of my suggestions. My boyfriend has purchased some really nice straight-leg grey jeans (all by himself- yay!) which he is wearing as a dressier option from his old faithful blue jeans. However, we are struggling with what colour shirts/t-shirt to go with it. Any suggestions? Thanks :)

What is best suit/shirt combo for purple tie
I just bought a purple Armani tie on sale, and wondered how best to wear it. I have black, grey and navy (subtle pinstripe) suits and mainly wear white and light blue shirts.
