I am 5'2, dark brown hair, tan skin. Is it okay to wear a peplum dress on a first date. The dress is royal blue, thinking nude heels paired with statement earrings keeping the neckline clean with a nude/tan/creme blazer, some make up nothing heavy though. The date is pretty formal - drinks followed by dinner at a fancy restaurant.
The guy I am going on a date with is a friend so I know he appreciates when women dress up and look good. But I wonder if a peplum dress is okay for a date!

I've been invited to a formal that isn't REALLY formal. More a cocktail style, from what I've been told. I'm struggling to find the right thing to wear. Found this on line, love it but ... If i buy it and it doesn't fit, I'm screwed. Thoughts???

it's my year 12 formal soon, and i bought a dress already and the shoes to go with it.. im not sure what type of jewelry and what colour/type of clutch would match.. PLEASE HELP!!!
