How to style this jacket for work? Clothing +accessories wise
I work in a fairly conservative corporate environment. Was hoping to get ideas for how to wear this in an office setting. I love accessories and bright colours but not sure how wear this without being too OTT.

Tan boots with black tights / leggings?
I have a black dress with a tan / brown / muted burgundy floral print on it. I need to wear black leggings or opaque tights and would like to wear tan Chelsea boots. Do you think the tan boots will look OK against the black tights / leggings, or should I stick to black ankle boots?

Ever since Trinny and Suzannah pronounced that you should avoid wearing colour with black because it "cheapens the colour and makes the black look boring" I've had serious issues when it comes to wearing black!! The only colours I wear it with these days are white/cream, grey or more black (I make the occasional exception for pink). I'd love to know what everyone thinks about this. (And by 'colour' I mean solid colour, eg. black pants with a solid green top).

Ive had quite long dark brown hair nearly all my life. Ive coloured it myself here and there, but have never had it professionally coloured. Im considering going a deep but bold red. Im just worried as i have a lot of red in my wardrobe, and love wearing red lipsticks. Can you wear red when you have red hair, or does it just turn into a clashing mess?
