I am going to a 17th birthday party and the theme is black and white. She said dressy, but not like long dresses. I am trying to upstage a girl going hehe :) and I want to look really good, because a lot of people from my school are going and I never really get dressed up so I want them to remember me. What should I wear to the black and white party??
