Tips on where to find statement necklaces?

Hi! I'd love to add a few statement necklaces to my wardrobe. I fell dangerously in love with this Assad Mounser necklace recently, until I saw the pricetag! Where have you found some great statement necklaces at affordable prices? Online or off line? Thanks!

I'm a massive etsy fan for jewellery (although sometimes I find some of the hand made items a little pricey so I take inspiration and make it myself - such as my neon yellow necklace which is selling on etsy for $300 plus) I try to buy pieces that I won't see on many people so it really is a statement piece with wow factor. What I like to do is think creative and buy a few pieces, use sound pliers and create one big statement piece that truely is ooak.

I'm an Etsy and Lovisa chick. As I change my mind a lot I try not to spend a huge amount so Lovisa is a great costume jewellery option.

Hi Delia, One of my favourite online places for "Wow" statement pieces is www.wildbling.com.au They have a great range of colours, they also have a facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/wildbling.gorgeousthings. just let janene know that I recommended her website/page thanks! Joanne

Hi Delia, I absolutely love that statement necklace - you can find similar in chain stores like Lovisa and Sportsgirl, but for a one-off piece that everyone will love, try going to Lincraft or Spotlight and stocking up on crafty stuff to make your own! Think leather cord, jewellery chain, strings of beads; add some baubles and bling and you've got a unique piece that will become art!

I just go on etsy.com and search 'statement necklaces' it also helps to pop in the search box the colour and perhaps medium that you would like to have it made from. You'll also get something that is one of a kind as well. Otherwise asos.com has some amazing accessories and styletread.com has an impressive selection of statement necklaces at affordable prices.

Hi Delia, I am a BIG fan of the statement necklace and have quite the collection! My go to's are Peetoe and Mimco but they are a little pricey. I also frequent local designer's markets and find some amazing hand made pieces for the fraction of the cost of similar pieces in retail stores.

that is so gorgeous! there are some amazing ones on net-a-porter but they are pretty pricey as well. believe it or not, I've seen some good ones at sportsgirl, it might be worth having a look

Hi Delia. I actually used to sell statement neck pieces, collected from my overseas travels. There's currently a few left and you can have a look and DM my inbox http://votrealtesse.bigcartel.com/
